Help! Which should I make?

In a couple of weeks, the Sew Weekly challenge is a do-over. Remaking a pattern we’ve already done this year.

I’ve got quite a few I want to make again, because they didn’t work so well the first time for one reason or another, and I want to make them again and do it better. And a few that I loved so much, I really want to make them again, too.

Only, which to choose?!? This is where I need your help, lovely people!

So, I’ve narrowed it down to seven. (Yep, that seems like a lot, but considering there’s been 43 challenges so far, there was a fair bit of narrowing-down to do!)

Here’s the ones I’m thinking of:

Leaves and hats dress

Cartoon Eccentric dress

Romantic Tulips dress

Green is Green dress

Sweetheart Red dress

Southern Girl dress

The Chicago Top

So, there we have it. Patterns from the 1940’s through to the 1970’s. Tops and dresses.

What do you think – which pattern(s) should I make up again for the do-over challenge? Got any colour preferences, even?

  1. Ok I’m thinking either Leaves and hats dress or Sweetheart Red dress

  2. Just because it is the one that I like the most, and the one that I would keep wearing, I would do a new Romantic Tulips dress using a different pattern.
    Cheers!!

  3. All the dresses look great, but I absolutely love the classic, simple lines of the Leaves and Hat dress. Best of luck in the challenge!

  4. I agree, Leaves and Hat dress šŸ™‚ Love the style of it!
