Hello everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas. I know I did!
I took part in both Vicki Kate’s Sew Merry Christmas Swap and Kat’s Sewists Secret Santa – I had so much fun choosing things to send to the people whose name’s I drew and wrapping them all up. Hopefully the people I sent them to enjoyed them!
And check this out – two lovely presents that were sitting under the tree for me, full of crafty goodness!
Firstly, here’s the gift I got from TJ as part of the Sew Merry Christmas Swap.
A length of pretty pink-and-white floral lawn, a cute dress pattern, and a mystery KnipMode pattern for a vest. I’m going to start with the floral lawn – I have plans for it already.
And here’s what I got from my Sewists Secret Santa.
How cute is this cotton? It’s got retro swimming ladies on it! Yippie!! And there’s ribbon, and lace, and green-and-white gingham bias binding, and a lovely button. I’m tossing up whether to start with the swimmers cotton, or the bias binding. So many options for both!
